My FIRST TIME Order for this Kue Lapis

Ordered 1 Cempedak and 1 Rempah thru my relative in Batam 5 days ago, to be delivered on Monday 28/4/25 Cakes were delivered on 28/4 night to be brought back to Sg on 29/4/25

Both cakes received well packed in transparent square plastic container 👍🥰

However when I checked, it was 1 Cempedak and 1 Original instead of Rempah!

I was disappointed that they did not double checked on their end before delivering to my relative's address in Batam.

I specifically stated my order of 1 Cempedak and 1 REMPAH in my WA to my relative which she forwarded to the store. Moving forward, the store finally refunded my relative for the wrong cake delivered.🤲👍

I have not opened the Original Lapis pack and is still kept refrigerated.

This morning 30/4/25, I consumed some of the Cempedak Lapis which is VERY NICE, not too sweet, moist + generous amt of Cempedak in it. I'm very pleased. 💐👍 5 ⭐ 😊

Please be more diligent and always double confirm with your customer about their order + total amount BEFORE delivery to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to both parties. And please replace your printer INK so it's not blurry on the invoice 🧾. 2 ⭐

🔻Follow up review dated 14/5/25🔻 Received Alya Layer Cake ORIGINAL flavour on 29/4/25 ✅ Kept refrigerated and unopened. Consumed on 14/5/25, still in good condition but I personally DO NOT recommend this ORIGINAL flavour. Nothing special about it. Just so-so & has an eggy taste. Definitely not worth the price of IDR250K, then. WEF 01/5/25 price have INCREASED to IDR280K for ORIGINAL!!! and IDR360K for Cempedak!!! 😲

💡Just my suggestion to Alya Owner: You might try to add VANILLA essence to the Original flavour to mask...

hi I highly recommend Alya layer batam cake .. we tried all flavours and the outcome was excellent with our tastebuds and good feedbacks from family n frenz back in sg. The quality of the cake is soft n buttery n not dry, with the quality butter they use.. The smells of durian n cempedak lapis was a thumbs up!!! (blend with real pulps) Not forgetting nutella too.. i can say the cake is awesome guys..U guys should try! The packaging is sturdy in a plastic container instead of box.. but u can request a normal box too..Their service was good n friendly too.. Got to know about this company from google review... Went to their factory shop to sample & purchase their cakes in the afternoon... Service from staff was impeccable... They were patient & accommodating to all my requests... My family members love the cempedak & prune flavours more... Their cakes are moist & pleasant on our paletes (not too sweet & oily).
