Visited a sushi restaurant with a wide selection of food options. One unique feature of this establishment is the self-serve conveyor belt, where diners can take their desired dishes directly from the belt. Alternatively, customers can also order their food through a scan QR code website. The sushi available on the conveyor belt was particularly tasty, and I also ordered some delicious salmon belly through the app.

During dinner time, the restaurant tends to get quite crowded, with many tables occupied. This popularity often leads to queues and waiting times, especially between 7pm and 8pm. To avoid long queues, I would suggest arriving before 7pm. The restaurant has received numerous food pictures from other reviewers, so I didn't feel the need to take additional pictures myself.

While the self-service aspect of the restaurant was efficient, I did encounter some delays when ordering through the website. It took at least 15 minutes for our drinks to be served after placing the order. Additionally, when it came time to settle the bill and count the number of sushi plates, I clicked on the "close bill" option on the webpage, but no staff member came to our table to assist. I had to approach one of the staff members myself to ask for help in counting the plates.

Despite these minor issues, the overall dining experience at the restaurant was fine. One notable aspect was the affordability, with yellow plates priced at 10,000 rp, red at 15,000 rp, and blue plates priced at 25,000 rp. The wide variety of food options and the flavorful sushi made the experience enjoyable.

Not a very happy experience. The restaurant was supposed to open at 12 pm, but when we arrived at 11:50 am, the employee had just started mapping the floor, cleanning the table. After sitting down for almost 30-40 minutes, our drinks still hadn't arrived because they were still boiling the water. Despite there being over 10 employees and only 2 tables of clients, the service was extremely slow. The sashimi also not fresh. What was even more ridiculous was seeing one of the chefs (wearing a black shirt) constantly eating food from the kitchen window, leaving us wondering if it was meant for the customers. update : after this i went there again and all the food doesn't taste really good unlike the first time i went there, bad standard maybe

third time coming here, the standard is getting worst. they delivered the salmon head with wrong flavor, then after we told them they add the sauce on top of it and it taste worst. the sushi on kaiten zushi isn't fresh, i recommend order them manually. i ordered salmon teriyaki don, buy they don't give cutlery.
