Roofpark Bogor — Restaurant in Bogor

For dessert after lunch, I decided to visit Roofpark Cafe & Restaurant, Bogor. Roofpark located on the 3rd floor of Raja Fashion Outlet. My orders are Poffertjes with Ice Cream (I totally recommend this one for you guys to try, this menu is basically consist of poffertjes, icing sugar, strawberry jam, whipped cream, cherry and ice cream of your choice, i'm using vanilla ice cream this time 😬👍🏻), Es Bonbon (this one looks like traditional parfait with syrup, grass jelly, pearls, coconut, topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled condensed milk and cherry on top, yum 😋), Creamy Banana Cheese (creamy banana cheese smoothie topped with whipped cream, assorted cookies and strawberry jam), Butterhum Cookies Cream (cookies and cream smoothie with whipped cream, oreo cookie, chocolate syrup and cherry on top), Roti Bakar Nutella Keju (nothing could go wrong with Nutella and cheese toast 🍞, garnished with whipped cream and cherry 🍒) and Banana Split (pretty much, the regular Banana Split). I visited with my wife and ordered beer bintang Served in 20 minutes after asking twice, in tge meantime tea was served to other table in 5 minutes This is only bottle and glass Can anyone tell me the reason why it takes 20 minutes to be served ?

lychee tea Served in 25 minutes

zupa soup Found it was not included in first order 30 minutes after foods weren’t served, then asked waitress to make sure to serve. 15 minutes after that no update so asked waiter to see if it is on progress or not then he just asked back if it is already inputted in order or not.

sop buntut Served in 45 minutes While others who came in after us were served in 10 minutes (same order)

If they at least look very busy it is still understandable however they don’t even do anything just waiting to be called for order. Ones who were served earlier than us look really local people and cannot help to be impressed that this place is discriminating people. Waiters and waitresses attitude and tardinesses are totally unacceptable. Christmas date was ruined here.

During these Covid-19 times I tried talking to their WhatsApp number to see if I needed to make a reservation before coming and fortunately it wasn't necessary but they didn't happen to say the last order is at 19.45 even though they close at 21.00. We arrived at 19.48 and tried to talk to someone and see if they could squeeze 2 of us in a table and it took us 5 minutes to have someone helping us and showing us a table and quickly get our orders. Unfortunately she was the only nice person on this night. Half the food we ordered was out of stock already and around 20.00 they started sweeping the floors under our feet and rushed to take plates away, leaving us super uncomfortable to eat as fast as possible.
