Burger King Pajajaran — Restaurant in Bogor

BK at its best, same as other BK outlet. Ordering BK here takes time, drive through will take you +5min or more if its crowded, not counting the waiting time between order and paying. Now i know why order at BK takes more time than McD, here, the cashier takes order first, while the other prepares your food, the problem is, they took order too fast while the preparer isnt fully completed the previous order, therefore become backlog in the proses and increasing waiting time. Unlike BK, once customer paid, the cashier has the responsibility to prepare the food, hence waiting time shorten, only waiting cust order, not the other person. Same as KFC. I ordered a simple Ice Cream Sundae and mineral water, it took like 3-5min, i can see they prepare previous order...

Just because a person wants to get lunch alone doesn't mean they didn't want to get service. 1. They didn't have Rp. 300 for change I know it's small, but at least ask me to donate it, now I don't know where my money are going to, don't just sell your big brand sell me your service too. 2. I order Swiss Mushroom in Small size, my husband ordered Cheesy chicken burger Small size also. But, turns out we paid for Medium Size for both order. Idk they didn't hear me clearly or what? When we were received our order, I didn't check it again. Because I was too trust to them, to think that they're professional.
