Macaroni Panggang — Restaurant in Bogor

First of all, macaroni pangang taste was usual, yes the when the first time bite seem tamtetion for next bite, but after the 2nd and over the taste become usual, and in my macaroni iwhen i take a bite there was a foil strain, i dont know from where but it seem from the macoroni (i forget to pic, but its true) but i dont want to talk about it, but id i can give advice, maybe they need to check their SOP, well next i bougjt the hawaian salad, well yes they theme was right hawaian which there is a pineaple as the plate hahah, but the taste well i dont recomend it, if you not trust me then go head try it your self hahaha Third, i order french fries, well the freinch it self quit big chuck but the flavour is flat well i prefer M**. And for ambience they have planty of space you can choice up or down which they have outdoor and indor too. For service i ok with it, smile employee and server nice. Dont have issue with that. Well my conclusion will be nice if you want to have hangout with your girlfried or metting but for famiky time well i think i will pass ... Hope this help.

Macaroni panggang (MP steak) is one of legendary and distinguish resto to dine in in Bogor. As its name their famous/signature dish is baked macaroni. They still keep it original until now. You can choose either regular or special (extra meat, of course!) with three choices of size, small, medium, and large. The taste is okay but a little bit pricey, I would say..

Moreover, they have a quite wide varieties of western and indonesian cuisine including beverages and desserts. So many, which could make you confuse of what to order. The price is moderate between 30k up to 129k (steak). One thing need a thumb up was all of their drinks use stainless straw no more plastic straws, nice!

Located at a strategic road, Padjajaran street, MP steak has two storey building. The first floor is semi outdoor and the second floor is indoor (air conditioner but they open all of their window, weird though). I will recommend first floor because they have several gazebos and during the night the lights...

I like the ambient of their place. Warm, homey, and a prefect place for hangout with your family/friends. But their (supposed) signature baked macaroni isnt that good.

I tried their baked macaroni. The cheese for topping is hard and easily crumble. The taste are bland, almost forgettable and somehow sweet. For 120k (special medium size) you can easily find lot of better alternative elsewhere.

The pancake are a lot better, but nothing special. At least they use real honey, and the texture isn't bad (average i must say).

There are also a steak menu which i haven't tried.

For redeemer, their signature cookies (cinnamon cake or ontbitjkoek) is super good. Definitely a must try.

If you want a fun, warm place for hangout it definitely a good place. Don't put your expectation on the macaroni, instead try their cake, pancake...
