KOPI TUGOH SIGNATURE — Restaurant in Bogor

Honestly I like the place, since they have two storey building for dining area with first floor indoor and second floor is semi outdoor. The dining area are big and wide. The location of the place also very strategic so easy to spot at Padjajaran st. Unfortunately, the parking area is so small definitely not enough to cover for the dining area. So I will strongly recommend to come here by using public transportation such as online vehicle.

They have lots of varieties local and western cuisine to accompany the coffee. Some are good and some are not good. For example their zuppa soup is very salty even when you mix it with the bread. Sering banget lewatin kopi tugoh ini. Dulu tempatnya upnormal. Lokasinya strategis di tengah kota. Tempatnya luas banget. Pilihan ruangannya juga beragam, ada untuk meeting dan kopi nyantai sambil liat kota.

Untuk makanan saya beli spageti carbonara, banana grill, dan sosis kentang. Spagetinya enak, creamy banget dengan topping jamur dan smoked beef. Dikasih extra parutan keju (bukan parmesan). Mungkin kalau dikasih seasoning kaya oregano atau parsley rasanya bakal lebih balance. Untuk sosis kentangnya lumayan enak. Udah ada rasanya karena di shake sama suatu bumbu gitu. Ukuran kentangnya gede gede jadi soft pas digigit. Tapi sosisnya kecil banget kaya daechang habis digoreng, menyusut. Terus banana grill nya menurut saya terlalu manis. Di grill nya kurang merata, apa mungkin ukuran pisang yang dipotong gak sama ya.. tapi yang jelas topping mesis dan susu kental manisnya melimpah. Cocok Untuk yang suka manis.

Lanjut ke kopinya. Saya pesan kopi tubruk kerinci (hot) dan kopi tugoh (cold). Untuk kopi tugoh bentuknya unik. Jadi kita dikasih gelas berisi es batu rasa kopi, kemudian susu, dan gula terpisah. Jadi racik sendiri haha. Gak bisa langsung minum karena diawal es batu kopi nya belum mencair. Kalau kopi tubruk menurut saya rasanya asemm. Tapi suami saya suka, berarti enak lah ya. Tapi ampasnya hampir setengah gelas wak.. kebayang gak tuh asemnya. Bisa tambah air panas lagi haha

Untuk service menurut saya kurang. Mungkin karena gak paham ya kalau ternyata perlu tau nomor meja dulu baru bisa pesen. Jadi saya bolak balik cek nomor meja cuma untuk mesen.

We plan to go to other Kopi Tugoh outlet actually, but due to the motorcycle condition, we decided to go to this nearest outlet. We arrive around 7 am, we are the first customer that day and they already open. Some menu is under preparation but all snacks and coffee are ready to be ordered.
