Itās my second time here. The service was exceptional, I came before their opening time and had to wait before ordering, but they were very kind and treat me like a priority customer. They were very informative. Overall, a top notch customer-centric service like those youād fine at high end steak places, yet without the pretentiousness, so for me it was quite refreshing.
The atmosphere is also delightful, a tasteful eclectic interior combined with greenery and natural lighting. The place was quite clean as well.
Now the food.
In terns of value for money itās okay although I can name several places with better value.
The portion was nice, and there are broad interesting selections. There were bone, marrow and Parmesan crusted chicken, which is a welcome sight.
Letās talk about the food that I ordered, its actually pretty good. I ordered a 400g āhulkā sirloin to share, Again, their stellar service allows my picky requests to have medium but to sear the fatty part of the sirloin longer, resulting in an amazingly rendered fat.
The mashed potato was great too, as with the cream spinach.
The only criticism that I have is that I feel some foods, including the steak was a bit underseasoned. Then again itās easily rectifiable with the salt shaker they put on the table. Hi myself, acknowledge that I have preference for salty food and this might be a way for them to ensure satisfaction from a more diverse range of customers. I guess theyāre just trying to be safe and I canāt blame them for it.

im very disappointed that cutt and grill always seemed to āran out of stockā mysteriously for their basic australian steakš it happened on christmas eve and some other big days as well and only seemed to have the expensive steak available on stock in those days, coincidence? i think notš¤£š¤ im sorry but not all people wants to spend at least 1mio just for a steak. i swear if it happened again on a big holiday dinner imma rate this restaurant 1 star for scheming us lol.

The waiters were all very attentive. Due to breaking fast I had message my orders prior to arriving. I chose chicken mushroom bruschetta ( which never arrived) and spicy calamari. The calamari was very tough we could not eat it all . It was served with onion rings but the coating was very crispy and dry. The waitress offered to take it back and we were not charged. At the end of the meal I suggested we cancel the bruschetta which never appeared, but the waitress brought it to to the table all crispy as we were preparing to ask for our bill. I didnāt feel right to cancel it so we decided to take it home. But it did make us a bit disappointed over an otherwise perfect steak meal. Before this I took my whole family for a birthday dinner and everyone was happy with their meals. The service is always attentive and friendly. Itās still our favourite...
