Just had a bad experience with J.co services here. So i ordered the wrong drink, i said “ice chocolate mint” when what I meant was “ice chocolate mint frappe”. Unfortunately, the staff said the order cannot be changed cause it’s already been input to the system. What i was so confused about is that i haven’t pay for the order and the drink hasn’t been made, why can’t i change the order? I even made a confirmation for like 4 times and the staff keep saying it cannot be changed.. that was really way off lol, so i had to pay the order which that’s not what i want from the menu.
