Paradise Dynasty Lippo Plaza — Restaurant in City of Medan

Tried out this newly open outlet of Paradise Dynasty at Lippo mall, GF-02.

First, Li Bai drunken chicken - average and the chicken meat was overcooked before soaking into the rice wine. I was expecting to be tender, not soaky.

Second, Xiao Long Bao - the sifu's skill is gd because i use chopsticks to hold the tip of the dumpling while it is hot and it never break.

Last, shrimp wanton soup - this is a disaster because the first bite, little sourness dancing along my tongue and it is not freshly made and has been in the fridge sometimes. Then, i notice these wantons are prepared early on resulted the wanton skin sticked together and chef does not bother to check before cook it. And the fillings are not consistent in portions. Luckily, the soup is tasty and i carve out the half cooked wanton skin to go with it.

Paradise Dynasty Lippo Plaza offer delicious Chinese style of culinary. Their speciality is the lamian which are served in different flavors. The choices of fried rice were also good. Their colorful xiao long bao was nir that tasty like the traditional xiao long bao. They also have other Chinese dishes which are worthed to be tasted. They also serve vegetarian menu. But, unfortunately, maybe they use quite much MSG which caused thirst after dining.

The restaurant is spacious. There are two VIP rooms available. The crew members offer warm and hospitable service. But, they need to improve on initiative in cleaning up tables when there are numerous of unused empty plates and they may offer customers in changing plates. Pricing is moderate high. This case was a few months ago but i wanted to talk about it.So, my mum, my aunt and my grandmother went to eat there.So like my mum calling a waitress, asking why the food took so long when there's barely customers there, it's not even crowded that time.She questioned the waitress and the waitress showed her anger/unhapy after she went back to other waiter/waitress.She said that my mum thought they was doing nothing when they LITERALLY talking and laughing before my mum asked them.The food was good, BUT the whole service could ruin the experience.I would hate to say this but this is the worst experience in paradise dynasty.I would personally prefer centre point's...
