I personally love the thick one so the fatty part is juicier. It goes to each person preference.

The soup is surpringly good and not too sour, suits everyone taste. Try to be clear whenever you order your food, it’s pretty crowded and the staff is so stretched with all the orders and guest. The meat sauce is amazing but I put on the rice instead.

This restaurant is located at Jl. Cipto, and it is really packed during lunch time. They're famous for their crispy roasted #pork belly. And there're many take-out buyers as well.

The highlight is the roasted #porkbelly itself. It is slightly salty, crispy and succulent. Really delicious indeed.

I'm pretty sure this is one of the best pork meal in Siantar City. It's a taste to die for. I highly recommend you guys to try this out.

Very delicious treats! The menu is very limited, but the quality is high! The mix plate with rendang, char siu, crispy pork belly, pickles, tea egg, and a bowl of soup is all you need. The rendang peels away in the mouth and and the flavor is not too spicy or sweet. The char siu was also not to sweet, but caramelized on the outside. And the crispy pork belly was juicy in the meat layer and crispy on the top and fat levels. Not overly salted either. So tasty I ordered two plates!
