Kopi Massa Kok Tong (Lim Kok Tong) — Restaurant in City of Pematang Siantar

Great coffee, nice food. Cozy atmosphere. See that lady in white? I believe she's the owner or manager or whatever. Saw her yelled at the workers that it made me feel so uncomfortable as a customer. What is this? Some sort of modern age slavery? How much are they paid to be treated that 'rude' and still bow in respect? Nobody deserves to be treated that way. If they don't perform well in their job, and you hate them that much, fire them respectfully. Don't be so disrespectful to human, especially humans that work for you. Makin' money for you. I visit this cafe at 5th Jan 2020, so I don't know whether some servants are still on holiday leave or that they just have that few servant (in second floor, there are only TWO servants to give the menu, clean the table, ask the orders and deliver the order from about 25 people per hour). The two servants look exhausted. And I don't think that is fair!

I won't come to this cafe anymore because the owner (who also the cashier) is angry to all her servants. Angry in a bad way. Seriously, I can't stand the way she treats them; beside of their overprize.

Lim Ming adalah pilihan kalo mau minum kopi koktong tapi dengan suasana café kekinian. Lebih cocok untuk kalangan muda, harganya kurang lebih sama aja sama koktong, tapi bisa dipastikan jarang ada bapak2 bahas kinerja pemerintah di sini, lebih banyak anak muda yang lagi mager atau mabar. Pas aku review ini kan lagi akhir tahun, jadi banyak banget rantau-ers yang nostalgia. Ini review detailnya:

Food & Beverages 4/5 Kopi udh enak aja, udh ciri khas ya kan. Makanan lain worth to try. Cirikhas makanan cina yang ber-monosodium glutamat, haha.

Ambience 4/5 I hate the music. Mereka pasang house disco remix gitu bikin alam bawah sadar ga pengen ngobrol. Saran sih, better play mix-an nya youtube, mainin lagu indie atau Indonesian Idol sekalian asal jangan house remix

Service 3/5 Senyum itu barang mahal di sini. Pas aku bawa temenku, justru ada yang berantem di balik meja kasir sampe lempar2 gitu. Yang jantungnya lemah bawa earphone aja. Haha. Penyajian makanan lumayan cepetlah.

Location 3/5 Strategis sih, deket kebun binatang (yang terkenal itu) sama deket Lapangan Hj. Adam Malik yang kayak di tengah kota gitu. Tapi parkirnya sama sekali ga ada bos. Udh bolehlah dipikirin. Haha.
