Mixue Sanur — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

Mixue is a nice ice cream place. It has various iced drinks, ice cream, smoothies, and coffee. Their best recommendations are displayed on the counter.

Had several of their menu and it was good. I liked their ice cream, creamy and enough sweetness. Their drinks were good, I had their peach tea, peach amount was decent.

Place is pretty spacious, you can grab-n-go or dine-in too. But this place most of the times are full. Queue oftentimes are long, but service time is quick, so don’t worry about it.

Price is affordable compared to other ice cream place in the area. Drinks started from IDR 10k to 23k. QRIS payment is available.

Parking area is limited for bikes...

I asked for extra cone in the ice cream and the cashier said its not allowed because every mixue is different but i always order the same thing everytime i went here, since this order is for my mom so my mom came and talk to the cashier and the cashier said, has an extra fee to add cone.. i mean, it doesn’t matter if it has an extra fee we will pay for that but the cashier didn’t explain it with me, blaming it on me says that she explain it already whereas she only said that “its not allowed and every mixue is different” she cut the conversation directly by saying “is that all u’re order” without saying any apologize. I mostly buy ice cream and milk tea in here, the product is good, not bad either.

But the problem is, most of the staff there not even that friendly, everytime i went there, i always saw the sad face, bored face, anger face and other kind of bad face that doesn't even good to looking at.

I dont know what happen to their life but at least try greet and talk with the customer with good manner. I think most of the business out there always have good service so the business will always have a good reputation for the...
