I went there last night for the first time but I have tried their burgers few times at Sanur Festival.

My first impression was: some of the staffs are kind of rude (this is just my theory: but could it be because I'm a local 'Balinese' or might be the only local there among all the 'Chinese'?. or could it be personal reasons like they have problems at home?). Some of them didn't even smile and kind of 'ketus' when I asked for something like menu. This made me a little uncomfortable tbh and wanted to just cancel the table. But anyway, some of them are still very nice so I stayed :)

The food was amazing, just ok portions to me, but they're all flavorful and fresh. My favorites are the beef goulash & oysters. Yum.

Price wise, I think it's still fair although it might be a little higher than most restaurants in Sanur, but still reasonable price considering the place, food, and vibes. (just need some of those staffs to be nicer as they work in hospitality, especially when the guests are nice to them and not being rude to them).

Parking spot is available but very busy, I would say it's better to ride than drive. And reservations are highly recommended especially when you're in a big group.

We went here for lunch and were a bit put off at first when we walked in as there were a bunch of people smoking - NASTY! The waitress quickly caught us and showed us to the non smoking area which was totally segregated and you could not smell the smoke at all. The room was air conditioned and had a pleasant ambiance. The service was great - warm and friendly. The menu had so many choices it was hard to figure out what to eat. We finally settled on having escargot and chicken liver pate for an appetizer. Both were marvelous. For a main I had a ham and cheese sandwich which was perfect and just the way I make them at home (loved it). My wife had the sausage and cheese salad which was the low point of the food as there was way too much meat and not enough veggies and the dressing was not very interesting. The bread that came with it was great however. Overall we loved the place and would go back again. It is a bit on the expensive side for here, but certainly not expensive.
