Ba Koudelka — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

Went all the way from Mengwi to Sanur just to prove the viral bad review about Ba Koudelka was wrong — and yup, it was totally wrong.

🍛 The nasi goreng hit the spot — exactly my kind of flavor. 🍟 The fries were so yum, my son loved them. 🍛 And the katsu curry? Wow. So good! 🐾 They even allowed me to bring my furbaby — love that!

Food? Delicious. Presentation? On point. Coffee? So damn good - exactly what I needed! ☕️✨

The staff were friendly, the vibes were warm, and you can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests. For the quality you get, the prices are super affordable, worth every penny and definitely worth the visit! 💯

They absolutely don’t deserve the bad buzz. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Sanur. 🙌 Best of luck to Ba Koudelka - keep shining, you guys...

The place looks modern and has a stylish design. The food prices are very reasonable but unfortunately the service was poor. And then the food was disappointing. I am vegetarian and the restaurant kindly accommodated my request to remove the meat from the scrambled egges breakfast dish, which I appreciated. However, the food took so long and I saw other customers who arrived after me receiving their food first. When the food eventually arrived, it had meat on it and was very simple. I had to ask for it to be removed. The taste was average and overall not satisfying The staff also forgot about my friend's drink order. “This restaurant is an absolute gem! We come here every single day because the food is not just delicious but of truly high quality. Every dish is crafted with incredible attention to detail: the chicken fillet with tender cheese and fresh basil, perfectly crispy potato wedges, and a fresh, vibrant salad. And let’s not forget the Japanese curry with crispy, juicy chicken fillet and a fluffy omelet—simply outstanding! Everything is beautifully presented and full of flavor.
