What a gem in Sanur, this is the perfect place to have a business meeting or work in peace with the use of free wifi. Set back from the road and with lush plants obscuring the road it is relaxing and tranquil no matter the reason for going the eltronic bell on the table is good if you choose to sit outside and when used you are greeted with amazing, friendly, polite and professional staff always smiling and happy to help.
Menu This is great and varied with western and local dishes all are delicious and very well presented. I have been many times now and have never been disappointed no matter what I order.
Staff So helpful and nothing is to much trouble always smiling and they brighten your day up. I can be picky and even though I ask for different things such as no spinach on the breakfast but extra mushrooms it is greeted with a smile and any request is not only completed but done with no fuss and correctly which is more than can be said for other establishments I have visited.
Food What can I say accept exceptional so very good and delicious with great presentation care taken.
Drinks The mango smoothie is my favorite, fresh and refreshing perfect healthy drink to relax with. Also the extensive coffee selection that also supports local business is perfect and some of the best coffee I have had in Bali
5 out of 5 but more like a 10 out 5 simply superb and a definite for anyone...
Read moreMe and my daughter both had the pork belly, which was very greasy, she didn’t like the sambal matah ( strange condiment) so hers lacked flavor. I had to mix it trhough for flavour….She loves her bubble tea but theirs was not very good she said. My husband had the Pad Thai chicken and he said it was flavorless and the chicken was dry. We were so hungry that we ate all but when the waiter asked us how was the meal, we told him and he took our name and wrote some down in a notebook, but he let us pay without saying anything so I was so bold and ask how about a free icecream, for our bad experience and he came back and offered us a tiny free piece of cake to take back to the hotel and suggested to ‘slice it in three’….that really infuriated my husband and felt it was an insult. Anyway I like their breakfast bowls, coffees and salads for lunch but to come back and dine there again, I won’t be in a hurry. The total bill incl two lovely cocktails for happy hour was over $50:) Btw NOTE: that if you make a reservation, you get 15% off your entire bill, so why not offer us a little 10% discount for our very average meals. I hope they read this and learn from there mistakes. They have lost us as an...
Read moreTL;DR: Great internet, ok service, terrible food. Suggestion: only come here for coffee and working.
The atmosphere was quite good for working. Lightning fast internet. Lots of tables. Quiet. My only concern is that the toilets are outside and you have to cross the smoking area to get to it, which, for a non-smoker, it's annoying.
The service was pretty slow. I ordered a big breakfast, and even thought there weren't that many people there, it took 25 minutes to arrive.
The Big Breakfast was terrible. The toasts were not really toasted; the has brown was an oil-dripping, discussing thing that I didn't even venture putting it in my mouth; and the chicken sausage (you can choose from sausage or bacon) was one of those cheap hot dog links, not a real sausage.
When the server asked me how the food was, I told her the above. When later I asked for the bill, she told me they were giving me a discount because of my bad experience with the food. When I saw the discount, it was of less than 3%, which ended up being less than...
