We had our first horrible Bali dining experience here. The review was good above 4.6 so we decided to give it a try. A party of five coming for lunch. The food came beautifully presented and visually appetizing, but we didn't enjoy it. My mediteranian bowl tasted nothing of mediteranian at all. The Risotto was barley cooked in heavy creamy spinach sauce. The overpriced beef burger came with a dry beef patty, my friend ordered medium well not well done and dry. The rest was okay ; nasi campur was edible. We skipped the dessert, and asked for the bills. The waiter came with the bills, and my friend counted the money, and she handed me the money which I counted again, the exact amount of 785k ++. The waiter took the money, counted it, and said thank you and left. We left the venue and 5 minutes later while we're walking by the beach, we're chased by one of the waiter who insisted that we're 100k less. We told her that we all counted the money and its impossible its wrong. Since the female waiter insisted she's right, fine, we paid an extra 100k to her.
How bizarre that two of us counted the right amount of it, their waiter counted it and confirmed is right, so that makes 3 people counting!! Just to be chased to the road and be told we didnt pay the right amount of money, is absurd!
If this is the way you running business, this is unacceptable. And don't get me started on the Bali belly, at 5 pm one of our friend started to have diarrhoea, and now we're still treating him, hopefully we'll get to our flight in good health.
We will never step out foot to this for establishment anymore, and we Will never recommend this to anyone we know.. Avoid, run...

Read moreMy partner and I chose this restaurant for our first dinner in Sanur, and our initial impressions were nothing short of spectacular. The refreshing sea breeze, the harmonious symphony of crashing waves, and the mellow background music created an absolutely perfect ambiance for a romantic evening. The vibe was truly immaculate.
However, the culinary experience didn't quite live up to the stunning setting. The tuna crudo was the sole standout dish. Its accompanying sauce provided a comforting counterpoint to the tuna's usual metallic notes, offering a delightfully sour and appetizing bite.
Unfortunately, we also quickly noticed that the portion sizes were indeed very small.
The calamari was a significant disappointment. It arrived cold, accompanied by an even colder tartare sauce. Each bite was like chewing on a refrigerated rubber band. The minuscule portion size seemed to perfectly reflect the lack of care put into preparing this dish, which was truly disheartening.
The trio of dips, while uninspired on their own, were salvaged by the warm pita breads that complemented them well. As non-alcoholic connoisseurs, we didn't enjoy their recommended blend, though this might be partly due to our general disinterest in alcohol.
Overall, while we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and picturesque setting, the food simply didn't live up to its potential. We ultimately decided to cut our losses and headed to a burger place afterward to satisfy...
