Ravioli Restaurant — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

Food is great so I come back for the 2nd time. Finished my meal at 2pm and need to go to the toilet. There are 2 toilets, and outside the toilet there is a mirror. There is 1 male staff fixing his hair in front of the mirror and all toilets are preoccupied. I waited for almost 5 minutes, and in the meantime there is another female staff coming and put her bag right in front of the mirror, and then start shouting calling names. After few times shouting, a female voice from inside the toilet responded, and then they keep shouting to each other and the conversation goes like “kenapa ganti baju pas ada customer” and there are some swear words too. Right after that, another toilet door opens and it’s also a female staff who was inside. When she’s about to go out from the toilet, the male staff asked for his cap or kind of head protector from inside the toilet. I go straight in to the toilet that she left, and the toilet is dripping wet, she didn’t even wipe the seat dry.

Good food but terrible experience here. I paid 15,5% for tax and service but I have to wipe a toilet dry from staff usage. I wish there is another room or space for staff to prepare themselves for work. They are literally screaming bad words in public (on the hallway) when this place is so called kids friendly.

Probably not gonna come back here just for this...

Spacious restaurant, suitable for a big party. They have indoor, outdoor, and 2 floor available for dining. Good service and food. Quick serving time, clean space, with good ambiance. I visited this resto on a rainy night, it has this cozy seats and dimmed lights which imo is very comfortable for dining.

I tried the spaghetti pesto and melon combination juice 🍝🍈🥤. The spaghetti was different when it came out compared to the picture in the menu, it was very oily (too much for my liking) and it looks unappetizing. Juice was very sweet even though I requested with no sweetener. The staff said they put melon, cucumber, and lime in it so maybe they got a very very sweet melon. 🤔 At the end I finished it all and personally I wouldn't reorder the spaghetti pesto at Ravioli.

Parking was spacious. I was told by the staff inside that it's free parking and was guarded by their security not tukang parkir so there's no need to pay. But it turns out the guy outside asked for parking money. Please look...

makanannya enak. saya pesan pizza, chick parmigiana, garlic bread, dan es teh. awal datang saya langsung dapat meja. saya dan suami bangun ke arah etalase buffet, saya meninggalkan jepit rambut di atas meja dengan maksud penanda bahwa meja sudah ada yang menduduki. saat saya balik, meja saya sudah mau diserahkan ke customer lain, mana customernya sudah duduk pula. saya bilang pada waiternya bahwa saya sebelumnya sudah duduk disana. akhirnya customer tersebut diarahkan ke meja sebelah. itu soal meja. sekarang cerita soal isian mejanya. cuma meja saya yang tidak isi tisu dan sambal botol di atasnya. jadi saya mesti request sambel dulu, sebentarnya saya mesti request tisu juga. saya kira mestinya semua mejanya sama-sama isi benda2 yang dibutuhkan ya. lalu saya diberi tisu dalam gelas berkaki sebagai wadahnya, bukan seperti kotak tisu di meja lainnya. pesanan saya yang pertama datang adalah garlic bread dari etalase buffet, lalu disusul es teh, lalu setelahnya datang pizza. saya dan suami sudah setengah selesai makan pizza, mungkin itu sekitar 15 menit ya setelah pizza pertama kali diletakkan di atas meja kami. lalu customer di sebelah kami, yang kami percayai datang belakangan daripada kami dan orderannya masuk juga belakangan daripada kami, mendapatkan chicken parmigiana terlebih dahulu. saya dan suami penasaran dong, lalu kami bertanya soal pesanan chicken parmigiana yang tadi. sampai kami kelar makan pizza, saya masih menunggu sekitar 15 menitan lagi untuk chicken parmigiana yang belum kunjung datang. saya sudah mau bangun ke kasir untuk cancel orderan karena selera makan saya sudah separuh hilang. saya kira biasanya orderan 1 table datangnya hampir berdekatan waktunya. saat saya hendak cancel pesanan, katanya chicken parmigiana sudah selesai dan mau disajikan. dibawakanlah makanan itu ke meja saya yang saya sudah mau tak mau lagi melihatnya. mau take away, kok kayanya saya rewel banget, mau dimakan kok selera sudah tanggung2. akhirnya yasudah saya makan bagi dua dengan suami yang syukurnya masih lebih bersabar. oiya seandainya kalau tidak panas, sepertinya lebih enak makan di luar di halaman belakang daripada di dalam ruangan. di dalam ruangan tadi aroma makanannya cukup masuk ke dalam ruangan, saya pulang2 berbekal aroma masakan di pakaian dan di rambut. overall makanannya enak, cuma pelayanannya perlu lebih diperhatikan lagi....
