Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum - Margo City — Restaurant in Depok

Imperial Kitchen is a franchise of Imperial Group, one of the leading Chinese restaurant franchise group in Indonesia, and one of the early tenant of Margo City, this branch is located on the second floor of Margo City near the XXI Cinema.

The place is actually really big, with open kitchen so you can see how the chef cook the food. They also had additional sitting outside the restaurant area. This branch is really crowded on the weekends and you had to wait for a table.

Imperial Kitchen in Margo City serves halal Chinese food, with fresh ingredients made daily, they also offers Lamian noodle, which only available in selected branch of Imperial Kitchen, they also had good selections of Dimsum and desert.

Like many Imperial Kitchen branch they usually have promotions of special menu every 3 months and dimsum fiesta with 1 month rotation, the waiter in here is good although service can be declined during peak hours, they offered highchair for children as well. Lastly if you are regular visitor, you should make Imperial Card memberships for 200k, you can get points that can be exchanged with menu or voucher.

Overall this is a good Imperial Kitchen brand, although I wouldn't recommend it when it's full because the service can get quite slow...

The Nasi Ayam Panggang Merah (Red Roasted Chicken Rice) was equally enjoyable, with tender chicken and flavorful rice. The Tumis Broccoli Udang (Stir-fried Broccoli with Shrimp) was fresh and well-balanced, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. To complete the meal, the Hot Plain Tea was a comforting and classic choice 🍯

No picture. I just want to share with you. I used to have lunch or dinner in imperial with my family. Overall the food and service was good. One day, on last December.. We had lunch here and we were shock because anything changes.. The food and drink were serve very late and we even have to re-asked the staff, when the food come, it was not hot/warm anymore and the ice cream also was melted already. We weren't sure if they had lacking of staff or not. But what I remembered, they are all in enough numbers. Well, I am sorry Imperial Kitchen Margo City, we were disappointed and please make up your business again. We used to like all of your before before. And one more.. Please serve the food and drink as your queue guest...
