Lotek & Gado-Gado Colombo Bu Bagyo — Restaurant in Depok

Been my favorite place to have lotek in town. Lotek is a traditional/local food made from boiled spinach and long beans mixed with peanut sauce.

Located near to Sanata Dharma University, this place is visited by many university students every day. They are open at 8am-7pm.

Comparing to other lotek sellers in Jogja, it has the best taste of lotek in my opinion. It is not that sweet and the vegetables are always fresh. The taste doesn’t change since the first time I ate there years ago.

Price is also affordable, especially for university students, only 14K and the portion is good. Currently they also have some new menus, like fried noodle, capcay, also fried rice. They also receive orders from online food order applications.

Quality: Amazing gado2 and lotek. Lots of fresh veggies, the gorengan in the lotek is great, and tasty (but perhaps a bit garlicy) peanut sauce. It's not spicy at all, but if you ask for extra sambal, they will happily provide it. This stuff is additive!

Value: Insanely cheap. Great ingredients. Enormous portions. Super value.

Lotek Bu Bagyo is one of my most go places when in Jogjakarta.
