A&W Mall Artha Gading — Restaurant in Jakarta

As an American tourist. I judge this compared to ours in the US. So don't take it the wrong way please. I ordered the double patty burger, curly fries, and the rootbeer float. The burger was a little pathetic! It was very small, and it had some weird things on it. I don't know if it was supposed to be bacon, or maybe fried cheese. But it had no flavor or even purpose. The curly fries were actually very good, no complaints there. The rootbeer float follows every other fastfood restaurant I've gone to over here. They totally ruin it but putting ice cubes in the drink. A real root beer float has root beer and ice cream. No ice cubes that water down the drink,and get in the way of enjoying the ice cream. Jika loyang wafle hanya satu, lebih baik jgn di adakan menu wafle di aplikasi resto, orderan masuk ke aplikasi resto jam 20.39, saya nerima order dari aplikasi jam 20.47. Sampe di resto harus menunggu satu jam, karena estimasi pembuatan wafle yg lama, 1 wafle estimasi nya 8 menit, sedangkan pesanan saya 5 wafle, 8x5= 40. Harusnya sudah jadi dlm waktu 40 menit saya menunggu, knp sampai 21.58 baru selesai makanan pesanannya. Karyawan resto juga pembohong, saya di bohongi kata nya nunggu 15 menit. Harusnya dari awal jgn bilang nunggu 15 menit. Bilang aja apa adanya, sesuai dgn keterangan di atas. Kalo akun saya ada complain dari customer, trus menyebabkan suspend saya akan cari karyawan A&W...
