One of the best mid-class steakhouses I've been to. Over 98% of my visits, I left eith a full and satisfied belly. The atmosphere is great: big windows, some greens, sunlight at noon, streetlights at dawn. Here are some of my favourite menus:
Victorian Tenderloin: Amazing flavour, perfect temperature as requested (I've had medium and medium rare, both always come out perfect). The meat itself is soft and juicy. I usually opt for blackpepper sauce (but the mushroom one is fire too), mashed potatoes, and cream spinach. Manhattan fish and chips: Juicy fish, great cheese sauce, awesome tartar. I go with cajun potato wedges (crunchy skin, soft insides, textbook), and cream spinach (what can I say, it's really really delicious). Spaghetti aglio-olio: it's from the make your own pasta, often had it with corned beef or salmon. Virgin mojito: honestly nothing special, no complaints too. Yuzu lemonade: sour, sweet, great presentation. Chicken cordon blue: awesome juicy chicken (80% of the time, I've had dry ones served to me before and it's not great), had it with blackpepper sauce, mash, and spinach. Cajun pop shrimp (appetizers): great flavour with some amazing cajun chips. There's a chicken option but shrimo taste better imo. Cheese/BBQ Burger: Both amazing, brioche bun, thick patty, melted tasty cheese, fresh veggies. The bbq burger got crunchy onion wings, bacon, a bit of sweetness but the balance is perfect, while the cheeseburger is just flat...

After a few times going to this place, if you are here to enjoy the steak, it is best to come by when it's not on busy peak time (weekends lunch/dinner time), because the quality of steak wellness drops significant enough during this time period to the point changing the steak once (the first one came out welldone, asked for medium; server offered to change steak) doesn't fix the original order (happened to one of the steak order which was a wagyu striploin as well, turned out rare in some parts)
Good luck finding parking during busy peak times too, thank your lucky stars if you can find a good place to park

I think this is my first time here, went there last week for close relative's birthday. Food was great, I ordered steak and surprisingly, the portion was decent, and it was cooked as well as high end steakhouses.
Family ordered salmon, quesadila, chicken burger and fettucine, they were all satisfactory as well. Service staff were helpful even during sunday lunch rush. Desserts are okay. Thanks to the FOH and BOH staffs!
The only thing I found from my relatives (this is just nitpicking) is that one of the toilets missing toilet rolls. Other than that, the whole thing is clean and I had a great experience eating here.
Will recommend this place and coming again for...
Read moreThis place was highly recommended by a friend. Upon entering, it feels like a simple decent cafe-style restaurant. I like their detailed menu with complete photos. Makes you wanna order so many. First order, burger with blue cheese, came in a timely manner. My daughter likes it. Then came their nacho supreme, which tasted decent (although too sweet and dominated by sauces instead of fresh tomato n herbs). Totally acceptable as appetizer. Then we waited for 30+ minutes for our nearly rp 1juta 1 kg medium-rare tomahawk steak. When the steak arrived, it looks odd and different than what was pictured in the menu. Our steak was medium-well cooked, and soaked in butter! I immediately called the waiter to inform him. His answer was simply, yes, u ordered medium rare. And hurriedly left me to the kitchen. I waited 5 mins … and nobody came to us. So not wanting to waste time, since another steak would probably took another 30 mins, we started to eat the steak. Evrything went down the hill soon enough. Most of it was chewy, tasted very buttery. Definitely overcooked. U barely tasted the meat. My husband had to order a sandwich in his disappointment. 30 mins later, as we paid, the waiter who got our complain about the steak never returned to our table. Off we left, knowing we will never ever come back...
