Bakmi Siantar Kofei has been around for the longest time since I can remember and we were there when they first opened in the OG Hibrida store. Happy to see they've grown over the years with multiple branches everywhere, even beyond Kelapa Gading. At one point noodle quality was not the best and I found extra 'protein' in the vegetables if you know what I mean 😅 thankfully they've returned to form and now I'm enjoying my visits again to Kofei for other dishes like nasi goreng, kwetiau and even bihun bebek which is tricky to get right and they do. Another fun thing to look at is their wall of fame. Kofei is known for their fun marketing that is noodle challenge... I do not have the courage nor tummy space to try but the biggest one is to complete 18 noodle portions within an hour to win cash prizes and bragging rights by being on the wall. Happy to just be an observer!

i really love their bakmi ayam jamur. yummy, delicious and fresh. noodles are not soggy eventhough purchase through ojek online. 2 size portion, the normal one and the upsize noodles. i recomend the upsize, it enough for 2 persons or 1 person that big eater. i tried nasi goreng babi too (sorry forgot to take a picture). pricy but big portion, the carsiu pork are everywhere and big slice. worth for the price. this restaurant always read the notes in ojek online app, that was the good side 👍👍

Love the noodles here very tasty and chewy😋. I love their siobak very crispy, as they pan-fry the siobak before serving it 😊. The charsiew pork was quite nice too but the portiok is a bit small for me. I also like their bakso goreng, crispy w/ slight crunch on the outside and chewy on the inside 😋 The service here is quite good, the wait staff are responsive and quick to serve. Overall I was very happy with my visit to Bakmi Kofei, would definitely come here again for sure 😊

The always crowded especially on Sunday lunch hour Siantar style noodle. You maybe have heard about their humongous and bizzare noodle eating challenge, with 12 portion noddle packed into 1 big bowl, toppings ammounting for several kg, etc. Beside this sensation, the other that identic with this place is the wall with tons of pictures from challenger as hall of remembrance.
