The place in ruko is nicer than before. It is clean and cozy. The staffs greeted loudly in korean when we came in 😁 but most of the servers has no smile on. It was lunchtime. The beef and pork for BBQ is very tender and yummy. The vegetable is very fresh. The clear beef soup is also tasted good. The server didn't take note on the requests so japchae came out spicy and oily although i had told her twice it was for the kids. Beside japchae, the other let down was the bimbap. I am a fans of bimbap, so probably won't come here for it. So far it is ok for me.

the inside premises looks like semi old korean surrounding. the menu list are usual like other korean. the banchan is a bit different from others. basicly likes their banchan. the aircon supposely could be set a bit cooler. the service could be a bit faster. i did seen some customer does smoke inside the premises. so for non smoker hardcore, it might be not suitable place to dine.

First time trying Korean restaurant, so I am a bit unfamiliar with the dish and the way to eat. 😅 I choose the 'non halal' pork (house specialty) which tastes sweet enough. Yummy 😁 As for the 'kimchi' I don't really like it. The hot and sour taste just doesn't work for me... Though for native Korean they say it is a must. 😅 I guess I'll come back again next time...

Idk how many time i've eat in chung gi wa even for the different location.. so, not only in this location they have a bad service.. idk why when we ask for a refill side dish (banchan) they're really slow respon for it.. even at that resto is only 2 tables (include mine) eat there.. and my table has 13 people eat on that table.. but they only refill 2 times for the banchan idk why.. everytime i eat in chung gi wa they're really bad at refill the banchan.. maybe i decide to not eat here again.. the other resto really give a better...

My ultimate favorite Korean BBQ in Kelapa Gading. Usually dine here with my Korean colleague and the manager always greets us with extra side dish.

Some staff have been working there for a long time so it's good to see some old faces and they seem to memorize all the menu already as they don't need to write down our orders yet they never came out wrong.

The meat is fresh, they serve pork though so it's not a friendly place for our Muslim friends. Love their kimchi, they are home made. Recommend their namyeong (cold...
