Common Grounds at COMO Park — Restaurant in Jakarta

We ordered sandwiches and asked to remove chicken (as there are no vegetarian options). I understand price will be the same, but we asked to add some tomato slices instead, and apparently that was totally not possible because of policies... If we added tomato slices instead of the removed chicken we had to pay extra... (and this place is not cheap).

We still ordered, no chicken and nothing instead. We got the sandwich basically empty, literally with two cherries cut half and 2 basil leafes. Even was supposed to have two different cheeses inside and they forgot... we complaint, they added one cheese slice literally for the whole sandwich, so still looking empty.

If we are gonna pay same price, and you cannot add anything instead of the removed meat, at least you could make the sandwich look a bit better no!?

So we basically paid for bread and non-flexible/no good service. I don't even know why we paid.

Went there for brunch, unfortunatelly the place was busy. The service was taking longer than usual.

They offered sandwich menu, but it took 30+ minutes to serve it, could not cancel it and by the time the sandwich is served, the pastry/croissant is damn cold as if it isnt prepared properly.

A bit dissapointed because they did not offer a solution to our problem due to their kitchen’s fault and still charging us for the no longer wanted food.

I feel a bit discriminated for whatever reason and they dont treat...

The service was good, but my order took over 30 minutes to arrive. Meanwhile, the table next to me, who arrived 15 minutes after me, received their order first. I'm not sure if they forgot to input my order. Waiting over 30 minutes for a cafe latte was disappointing. I would have understood if they were busy, but there were no other customers besides the table next to me. I hope they can improve...
