Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jakarta

The place is good, it's clean, it has free wi-fi and free electricity station (at the time of this review). It has smoking area outside although I won't recommend it because it gets too hot outside and there is no fans or air conditioning outside. The pizza is as much as you can expect from a pizza parlor. The server and waiter here is friendly and the service was quick. The restroom are also greatly maintained as it is clean. They also offer a pizza cooking tutorial...

Ordered just ONE menu, waited for two hours and it still hadn't come even though the driver had gone to deliver it 10 minutes after I placed the order (fyi my place is only 10 minutes away from this branch). Tried calling the restaurant several times and no one answered. I cancelled the order (not before they insisted not to, after the call managed through) and they never gave the refund.

Food tastes good but I have to give it one star because of the outrageous delivery time to the point that it's not worth the wait. Also because this has happened numerous times since ages ago but no one bothered to fix. I usually can shrug this off but what happened this time is very disappointing.

Saya pesan SATU menu, tunggu selama 2 jam dan makanannya tidak datang-datang padahal delivery-nya jalan 10 menit setelah saya pesan (tempat saya jaraknya hanya 10 menit dari cabang yang ini). Saya coba telepon restorannya bekali-kali dan tidak ada yang angkat. Saya akhirnya cancel pesanannya (restorannya minta saya jangan cancel, anehnya, saat teleponnya akhirnya masuk) dan uang saya tidak dikembalikan.

Makanannya enak tapi saya harus beri satu bintang karena waktu tunggunya parah sekali dan tidak sepadan sama sekali dengan lama waktu menunggunya. Dan ini terjadi sudah sejak lama dan banyak kali, tapi tidak pernah diperbaiki. Saya biasanya biarkan saja tapi yang terjadi kali ini sangat...

Great service. I tried to order online for their online deal but was unable to because according to the app the store is closed/closing soon ( for the day ). Thankfully the cashier was able to order for me according to the app deal available online through her register. 5/5 for great customer service. 5/5 for speed of service too as the pizza was done...
