Puri Indah Mall's food court has recently undergone an impressive renovation, and the improvements are noticeable. The space feels significantly larger and more inviting, allowing for a better dining experience. One of the highlights is the wide variety of food stalls available, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. However, despite these positive changes, there is still room for improvement. I noticed that the cleanliness of the tables could be better managed. During peak hours, it’s common to see leftover food and spills that can detract from the overall dining experience. I believe hiring more cleaning staff would help maintain a tidier environment and ensure that tables are promptly cleared and sanitized.

Overall, the renovation of Puri Indah Mall’s food court is a step in the right direction, with an excellent selection of food options and a more spacious layout. It is exceptional food court with various options : fast food, western eastern. If u love fish soup, try Sup Ikan Batam, if u re kuetiau lover try Aho Kuetiau, u also can try korean food @ Tokpokki express, or if u love steak there is Fiesta steak. If u miss ur javanese food, there is Java Kitchen, betawi soto u ll love Soto Betawi Hj Mamat yummm.. Fast food our kids may love (if u allow on their diet): KFC AW Doner Kebab Pepper Lunch. The atmosphere is entertaining with 2 jumbo size of LED monitor accross the corner foodcourt w/ their good sound system. The service of the cleaners are superb as the service men working effectively they will clear the tables as soon as the attendees finished their eating and left the tables. At the beginning, it was a great cozy place to eat and talk quietly with friends. I could hear the music just at the right volume, not too loud and noisy but also not too low that we couldn't sing or dance to it. But then it changed. The setting now for the music, I found it above our average voice, too noisy that we hardly hear other person speaks and we have to raise our voice just to have small chat during meal.
