Phở Bò Tái (65k) The broth was good! It's quite savory, the sliced beef I think only 5 slices. Not that soft but still okay. Need to add lime, extra cilantro (+6k) and the green chili!
Gà Lụi Muối ớt (15k) This one was so so. Not spicy as the name, not as kicking. Need more salt and chili.
Cá Viên Chiên (25k) Hmmm nothing impressive. Pretty savory and chewy.
Chả Giò Vegan (20k) You definitely need to reheat this. It contains tofu and mushroom iirc. This one was also so-so. Not that good but not bad. Need chili to compliment this.

Real disappointment kicked in when we tried the Fresh Prawn Roll (Cuon Tom). Could be more generous with the prawn instead of using sliced fishcake and lack the punch and fresh tang from the coriander leaves. They have also left out basil leaves which is an important taste uplifter in the otherwise plain roll. Spring roll skin should be wetter when prepared so that it is still soft when served.
Whatever they call their fishball on a skewer, its a deal breaker. Though taste is somewhat edible, I personally dislike the dry, rough, and tough texture - something one would never expect from a fishball...
