Ikkudo Ichi, a Japanese restaurant that provides various types of ramen. One of the outlets is in Puri Indah Mall. The place is not very wide. The table and chair are in front of the payment desk. And all you have to know if you go to Ikkudo Ichi is that you have to wait, because there will definitely be a waiting list and full of visitors. So if you are really hungry and want to eat fast, Ikkudo Ichi is not the right choice because it must be a long wait ... hehe
I ordered the Tori Tantan (Ramen Ayam tantan IDR 49.500 for regular) Tori Tantan is a menu of Japanese chicken ramen with miso sauce. With the contents there is a one-egg egg halved, a few pieces of mushrooms, chicken and corn as well. For ramen, you can choose straight noodle or straight noodle or curly noodle or curly noodle. I choose curly noodles. The texture of the noodles is quite chewy so it tastes good when slurrrrppppp hehe. Chicken meat is cooked and very tender. The eggs are soft and the yolk isn't over cook. The sauce is tasty and not so thick. But I think it needs to add garlic choped or chilli sauce again so it tastes stronger and tastier. On the other day, I ordered their tori (chicken) signature. The aroma of the chicken broth, leek, and a hint of sesame are well-balanced. The ramen is topped with 3 slices of chicken fillets (thighs). The fillets are soft and easy to chew.
I found that the chicken version is more enjoyable compared to the...
Read more✔️My favorite ramen restaurant in Indonesia. It's as good as the ones in Japan, which is saying a lot coz I actually lived in Japan and has tried A LOT of ramen. The broth is thick and flavorful. They also have a chasu mini don that can be ordered with the ramen to make it a set. You can also get an okawari for the noodles, so you can add just noodles for your ramen broth. They have high chairs for kids too. ❌Their restaurant is small and when it gets full, you barely have space to walk from your table...
