This place is located at the back of a food market so you might miss it, but it didnt stop anyone coming in cuz the place was so packed. Came in at 7PM, ordered their cereal chicken but they told me they ran out of it. Was so disappointed, I mean its a Saturday night at 7PM and they've been getting all these attention they should've prepared more.
So I only ordered their Singapore prawn noodle which was surpisingly good. Super thick broth but not overwhelming, quite tasty. They use both noodle and beehon I guess? The only thing I wasnt a fan of was they used a deep fried battered fish and put it as a topping on the noodle? And the noodle was wet, so.. i don't know I just don't like the idea of eating wet battered food.
After we finished eating the prawn noodle and was about to leave, the staff approached us and told us that their cereal chicken was now available. They stopped the production cuz it was crowded earlier, and after reading thru the comments I guess it make sense to stop it rather than serving it an hour or 1.5 hr later.
I love the cereal chicken, truly reminded me of Taste Good that used to be in Jakarta as well. Portion wise it is just enough not too much not too small either. Basically the cereal chicken tasted like salted egg but in a dry form, which I loooove.

Read moreWe decided to dine here since it’s been months and this restaurant has moved to a new place. We got our table (the round one) and waited for good 15mins and somehow the next table got their order first eventho they were seated after us. We were furious and asked the waitress and she admitted there is only one chef available and it seemed that there was an error in the kitchen queue.
We thought it would have been better in this new place, but it seems worse. The place is smaller, less table available, and needs additonal chef and experienced waitress/server to handle queue.
Food tastes great, similar as the last time we visited before the new place. Do I want to come back again? Maybe no for the next several months, hopefully there is any fix of the kitchen...

Tempat makannya cukup nyaman, bernuansa chinese dgn khas pintunya di cat dengan warna merah, cukup luas dan nyaman untuk makan dan family dinner disana.
Restoran ini masak asian food dengan top dishnya adalah salted egg dan fish steamboatny. Sambil menunggu pesanan, kita disuguhin sama kerupuk opak sama kecap dan sausnya. Disini kita pesan fish skin with salted egg sauce, chicken cereal flakes & mini fish steam boat.
Fry Fish skin with salted egg sauce: kalau kamu takut eneg, salted egg saucenya kamu bs request dipisah dengan fish skinnya. Tapi disini sangat royal, salted egg saucenya bahkan dikasi hampir semangkuk soup kecil banyaknya dan kalau menurut ibuku, rasanya benar2 kayak irvin cuma versi fresh and melt dan fish skinnya juga renyah, dan kamu bakal puas banget buat cocol fish skin ke sauce sebanyak2 nya krn menurut ku sausnya lebih dari cukup bahkan bisa dibawa pulang sangkeng banyaknya
Chicken cereal flakes: Perpaduan antara daging ayam, kremesan gandum, dan telur mata sapi itu perfect banget! bener2 terasa cereal nya, dan nikmat. Kremesan gandumnya itu menarik banget buat dimakan sama nasi. plus telur mata sapinya yang bs melted. Ini enak.
Mini Fish steamboat: Sebenarnya porsi kecilnya aja bisa makan ber2-ber3. Kali ini kita pesan pakai susu jadi agak kental kelihatannya. Awalnya aku kira kayak sup ikan batam, tp beda guys. Ternyata ikannya di deep fried dulu dengan tepung dan kamu bs celupin sendiri ke kuahnya. Isian kuahnya standar, ada tahu, sayur hijau, sawi dan rumput laut (ini unik sih krn aku kira ini sayur asin trnyata pas dicoba rumput laut). dan enak sih makan hangat2 plus nasi .
Overall ini makanan yang bs dimakan hari2 ya, dan harganya affordable banget dengan menu kayak gitu. Org kerja pun bs makan loh disitu krn woknya kayak uda paketan sama nasi untuk wok nya 57 K, steamboatnya 70K , dan fish skinnya 38 K . Dan semuanya mnurutku murah versi kelas PIK yah.
