With the new restaurants build over the water it's much better than before when its was a narrow strip of a path. Problems is with parking ... Best to come in for lunch n during weekdays, parking much more easy. Parking capacity is most probably below customer capacity if ALL the tenants/shops wants maximum business. Same situation at Old PIK ... The shops cannot have enough business if customers don't have enough space to park. That's most probably why its more vibrant by the Chinatown. However the view here n the restaurants are a lot better than those stall...
