Imperial Tables - Food Centrum — Restaurant in Jakarta

I ordered an Iced Coffee Jelly, expecting it to be a combination of iced coffee and jelly. However, what I received instead was a drink made of white milk, sugar, and coffee jelly. I raised a complaint, but the waitresses (2 of them) explained that their Iced Coffee Jelly is actually milk with coffee jelly — not coffee as the main beverage.

When I pointed out that the picture on the menu looked completely different, they claimed it was due to photo editing. They also added that since I requested less sugar, they reduced the brown sugar, which is why the drink wasn’t brown in color. I’m not sure if that explanation is true, because in my experience, “Iced Coffee Jelly” always uses coffee as the base — I’ve never encountered one made with “white milk only with added sugar”, tasting like diabetes.

After complaining twice without any resolution (and hearing what felt like excuses), I asked a friend to help. Only then did they finally agree to add espresso to my drink — but with a remark that they “won’t do this again next time.” I’m not sure if that was meant to guilt-trip me or make me feel bad, but that’s how it came across.

P.S: If the reason was that I ordered at 8:30 PM and the coffee machine had already been cleaned or shut down, I would’ve understood and simply changed my order. But no one mentioned...

unpleasant experience.

Awal datang disambut dengan ramah dan waiters lsg menawarkan menu baru/promo, Sy memesan menu yg di tawarkan yaitu chicken puff,mushroom soup, teh tawar hangat,leci tea. Selang 5 menit waiters info chicken puff sold out(knp di tawarkan??) so,ganti menu grilled chicken, ysdh tdk masalah. & selang 15 menit baru di info kembali mushroom soup nya kosong (knp tdk di info dr awal???) Dan minuman pun diantarkan sgt lama.

Akhirnya untuk mengganti mushroom soup sy ganti dgn menu tahu(lupa menu lengkap nya)dan itupun tdk dengan alat makan. Meminta alat makan pun lama sekali di respon.

Untuk menu pengganti yg sy ganti jd grilled chicken, saya pikir memang lama di buat nya, namun ternyata tidak di buat, (waiters dengan staff bagian dapur kurang baik koordinasi nya kah ?)menunggu hampir 30 menit lebih. Yg saya lihat keadaan resto tidak hectic dan meja depan saya pun yg datang sesudah saya bahkan sudah hampir selesai makan.

attitude waiters pun saat di ajak bicara kurang sopan bicara dari jauh mengatakan “lagi buat”. Apakah sop nya begitu ?

Sorry bgt sy lsg mnta cancel utk menu yg tidak keluar (yg ternyata tidak dibuat), waiter memberi cake sebagai permintaan maaf.

Tolong bgt utk management imperial khususnya di food centrum mungkin bisa di training lagi soal kesopanan staff nya dan...

Seriously poor. I ordered Australian beef medium steak was a dry hard to eat. The cake almost a sculpture hahah and Mongolian beef with rice No please don’t order it, two pieces of meat. It doesn’t taste nothing like Mongolian beef with rice.
