Ta Wan Sunter Food Centrum — Restaurant in Jakarta

I just ate at Tawan which is located in the food center on October 6 at 6 pm. I came for dinner and also to claim my birthday benefits which are on October 2. First of all, I ordered birthday noodles, chicken fried rice with pineapple and also plain iced tea because we had just eaten before coming here. When the birthday noodles were delivered, the noodles were very oily and the portion was very small, not even for one person, and the waiter was not polite because when he delivered he didn't say a word, he just put it on the edge of the table quickly and left. Then I ordered chicken fried rice with pineapple, it tasted quite delicious but there wasn't much pineapple and the size wasn't as big as my little fingernail hahaha. Because I was thirsty, I also ordered plain iced tea which didn't come until I had finished eating even though I had ordered since the birthday fried noodles had not been delivered. When I called the waiter to ask for my plain iced tea, I immediately got my plain iced tea and it was delivered by the waiter who delivered the birthday noodles, and once again without a word he delivered it and placed it on the edge of the table right next to my friend's hand in silence and straight through us as if he just walked and looked, and didn't stop at all. I am quite disappointed with this because Tawan's reputation is quite good but it is a shame that employees like this are in it. 7/12/24 19.30 Worst Ta Wan experience so far. I truly believed the manager on duty and waiters were trying to chase the customers away. No greetings, slow service, avoiding eye-contact when being called, forgetting requests. The eating utensils were not provided, even after the first two menus were served, took minutes even after requested. Not to mention how I have to wait more than 10 minutes just for additional spoons and tea refills. You can just tell if the waiters were ignorant. Definitely...

A really great chinese food restaurant. I often go here with my family to have lunch or dinner, the food in this restaurant is very delicious I really like it, the staffs are great and polite, the place is cozy and chilly, the interior looks pretty great.
