I first learned about Glosis from my wife, who found out about it through her mom. It used to be at Gajah Mada Plaza (it moved or closed permanently). My family and I visit this place regularly, about once a month. My wife loves the chicken steak and orders it every time!
I find the food quality to be quite good. I've tried various dishes and enjoyed most of them. However, since I’m not a fan of beef steak, I’ve never ordered it, so I can't comment on that.
Yesterday, 22-Feb-2025, I tried the crispy tuna pizza for the first time. The base was crispy, the tuna was raw, and it was topped with salt and rocket leaves. Like most of their food, it was delicious. The drinks are also generally good. We keep coming back because we love this place.

Great steak house... actually i already know this restaurant since im still in junior high school... but this is for the first time i tried.
Smoked pork chop is very fantastic... my memories went back when im still a child, tasting a smoke ham in a very thin layer just in a slice of bread, and nooowww.... i have 1 cm thick of it and the size is big... amazingly, the price is less than a pack of smoke ham...
Then my son try for the ribs.... woooooow.... my son want to scream at his very first bite... very juicy, tastefull....
But he said he like my smoke pork chop more.... hohoho... my choice....
