Jakarta Coffee House (JCH) — Restaurant in Jakarta

Nice place to try 70% of Indonesian Beans, from east to west, they all are here, especially Si Pitung from their own coffee farm. But, several points that the owner must noted, 1. I came on Saturday around 10.30 a.m, there was only 2 staff here, (1 barista, and a female staff), then came some customer, which was going to buy roasted beans and another one was going to order manual brew, suddenly the barista left the "brewing coffee" and help the one who was buying roasted beans.. oh my God, how come.. 😄 I think that you must provide smoking area, because as i know, coffee beans are sensitive with the smoke comes out from the smokers. Thats all.. Over all its good, i love the Big Roasting...

This place offers you various coffee beans you can choose to your own desire. They also serve you the roasted beans to take home, several pastries and snacks, and non-coffee drinks. The parking space is quite small, you need to park across the street if you drive a car. You will also get a humble welcome packed in a good service.

My only critique is the room itself. The smokes from the smoking area, packed customers, and air conditioners, lingers in the breathing atmosphere for quite a long time, resulting in the bad air circulation. It would be better if the airway path or circulation to be improved so that the customer's experience will...

I came in expecting a nice coffee shop with intense coffee smell but i entered a smokerie. Decoration is nice and authentic but I am not confortable sitting in a haze of cigarette smoke. I sat on a bench waiting to order. I was waiting the waiter to come to me after a few looks but I had to call him to order.... I chose an Ice cappuccino that had a nice taste but it was too weak, a bit disappointed. I believe the coffee is good here wich is a real treasure in Indonesia but beware this is a smoker place. Only 3 star cause of this...
