A Ramen place located in Grand Arcade Kemang, in the same building as Dimsum Inc. We ordered Ramen Ayam Tamtam with mie kecil, Ramen Ayam Special with mie besar, Gyoza Udang dan Ayam Bakar, and Gyoza Ayam Bakar. The noodles are good but not that 'kenyal' or chewy (al dente?), the broth is savoury but not too much, the portion is not as big as the other ramen place but it is enough for me. We prefer the Gyoza Udang Ayam than Gyoza Ayam. The place is not too crowded, even we came there during Saturday night at 7:30PM. The place is clean and spacious, the tables and chairs are very Japanese style and rather small but it's okay. Toilet is clean. Then why the 3 stars? The servers who tend our table didn't know their own product well, I asked what kind of mushroom they use in the Ramen and she replied "I don't know" and laugh. And didn't even try to find out. Read moreI ordered Truffle Ramen, and it was terrible considering the price I paid for it. That such a substandard dish is served in this establishment is a disgrace to the good name of Hakata Ikkousha. The broth tasted more like soto than ramen, and the flavor of the truffle was so diluted that there is no justification for putting a premium on it. It is truly a disappointment, considering I've had a great experience dining at another branch which serves pork. It seems that this branch is only intended for people who do not eat pork and have never tasted the authentic taste of Hakata Ikkousha ramen...

Sewaktu Neli mengantarkan pesanan, ibu saya berbicara ‘hati-hati ada bayi’ krn waktu itu anak saya sedang tidur di stroller dan ibu saya takut waiter tersandung stroller dan menumpahkan pesanan. Tapi sikap Neli setelah mendengar itu, dia berbalik badan dan menggoyangkan pundak nya ke teman2 nya sambil berkata mengejek/nyeleneh ‘ati-ati ada bayi’ dengan kencang sampai terdengar di telinga saya. Apakah restoran Hakata yang besar itu pantas memperkerjakan orang seperti itu? Saya tegur dia pun dia tidak ada permintaan maaf. Akhirnya saya komplain ke kasir (mba Nabila) dan mba Nabila yg meminta maaf ke saya.
