I am Novy Milka and I would like to share my experience buying starbucks in Matraman.

So today I ordered twice in Starbucks Matraman.

At first, I ordered Tumbler Spring (Spring 2022 Edition) and the color was pink. The barista informed me that it sold out. So I chose the bling pink cup (Glitt Pink 24 Oz). And she helped me to change the price from my order. Sincerely.. Because the price of Tumbler Spring is more expensive than Bling Pink Cup.

I am happy with the service 💜 Then I chose to make an order for the second time in Starbucks Matraman.

The second ordered, I wanted to buy Starbucks Bling Cup Red Flag 2 pieces.

I wanted the cup with the red lid. But what they had was the red cup with white lid.

Surprisingly.. They went to Starbucks Salemba just to take the Starbucks Red Flag Cup that I wanted ❤️💜

I am speechless. All of Barista in Matraman work from their heart. Hope Starbucks treats all barista Starbucks Matraman very well..

They deserve to be treated well as barista.

Starbucks are very lucky to have them as your team.

I recently visited the Starbucks Matraman branch and was thoroughly impressed. It’s immediately noticeable how clean, neat, and tidy the whole place is—it genuinely makes the experience much better. The layout is interesting; it has a long shape, which somehow makes it feel less cluttered, providing plenty of spots to settle in.

What really sets this location apart is the atmosphere. The wall style gives it such a warm, homy feeling, making it one of the coziest Starbucks spots for working or just chilling. It’s also super handy that they have two types of rooms: indoor and outdoor. You can pick between the cool AC inside or enjoy the breeze and the street view outside.

A massive bonus here is their efficiency with deals: they reliably accept all the promos that are announced on the official apps (or even the LINE app deals). It’s refreshing when checkout is hassle-free.

Overall, this is a top-tier Starbucks branch. If you’re looking for a comfortable, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing place to grab a coffee in the Matraman area, you absolutely have to check this one...

I have to admit, I am not a coffee drinker, may be even hate it. I came here to work and study, so I ordered chocolate drinks or tea instead. Not disappointing I must say, those chocolates and teas are. Also, clean restroom and free WiFi. And I finally made my Starbucks member card here.

However, I despise coffee, even a small amount of coffee smell will make me literally sick. Unfortunately, they put several jars of coffee beans beside the tables, to make sure you got 'caffeinated' enough during your entire stay. Some other Starbucks don't do this, like the one in Thamrin (Skyline building). So, I don't think I will come back here, I'll choose Thamrin instead, just because they are more tolerant to a non coffee drinker like me.

But I have to be fair. If you love coffee, do come here. Extremely friendly staff and they actually have lots of tables inside, despite the small appearance of the outlet...
