KFC — Restaurant in Jakarta

I ordered and paid in advance to take out at 17.02 (the app confirmed my order). And i did this because it conviced me to avoid queueing. I arrived at 17.50 to get my food. And they easily said, "oh sorry sir, your order is not ready yet. we were busy servicing the customers that are dining in". Hellooo.. I ordered with the app to avoid the line, they just dont get the idea why KFC has KFC app. Hope the management could fix this unfortunate experience of mine. If i knew this would happen, i just need to come and order manually over the counter, maybe it's faster that way than you order via app...

This KFC store is definitely one of the best in south Jakarta. All of the door already use the no touch technology to open the door. The store is integrated with the kfc cafe and of course the legendary pukis is available in this place. With only IDR 22 You can get 5 pukis and all of the pukis is delicious. Cookie crumbs is the best IMO. They also provide drive thru service in this place. Recommended...

Ordered a drive through after midnight for "sahur" time, barely nothing available except chicken and rice and 1 crispy strip.
