was realy dissappointed when we dine in your Senayan City outlet. Asked for a table for our group & was served by Widya N.

I do understand today might be a busy day & she might be already tired/ have personal problem, however it is not an excuse to give us bad cust service! First, she lazily told us there’s no table (when we can clearly see there’s a table that should fit us). Then, she spoke to us not in an friendly manner & as we sat down, she just held the menu & didn’t even bother to place it on our table for us.

To make it even worse, when we try to order & call her, she completely ignored us and even give us a really annoyed looks (though she wasn’t in a situation where she was busy/ serving anyone at that time) & we waited for a good 10-15minutes just to place an order! our drinks weren’t served immediately after the bartender prepared it, it was just sitting at the bar for a good 15minutes. our beverages weren’t as cold as it should be by the time we’re drinking it.

i can’t downed the reason why she always passes us to other waitress when we making food orders despite the fact that she’s the closest waitress to our table????
