Koultoura Coffee — Restaurant in Jakarta

It was a mixed review because of the service. I visited on Dec 24th night around 7.30 PM. I was greeted by male service who is friendly and very responsive with the guests and their requests. He's always accommodating their guests and keep smiling.

However, there was this lady server, she'a always standing around the serving window talking LOUDly. I came to her twice, first asking the wifi, she was just laid her back on counter, her gesture is not accommodating me as the guest.

Second, I came to her to ask for "knife", I even said it twice while giving a 'cutting with knife' gesture. She said "iya", but 15-30 minutes later she did not came with the knife at all while keeps standing on the counter in front of me.

She talks so loudly I can listen to what she was talking about. What got to my nerves was when she said "T*LOL" loudly to this male server who was very friendly that I mentioned earlier.

Also, I observed that she was picky with customers. Apparently there was this one customer who appears to be her friend and she was EXTRA FRIENDLY to him and suddenly became accommodating and gercep. This is the downfall of most cafes, picking customers.

I love the ambiance of the place but it was ruined thanks to this lady server, she's giving the vibe of warteg to this cafe thanks to her low class attitude.

I hope you guys pay this male server decent pay because he really works with heart and carry the cafe on him, while this lady server needs to watch her manner.

p.s: the lady server is the one with the chubby figure the one who most of the time just stand on the counter. I don't care even if you are the owner of this cafe, you need to watch...

So, the coffee is nice (actually i ordered taro latte and it's nice) my main problem is the toilet, it was nasty, the trash bin is full of tissues, I even need to push down the trash BY MYSELF so I can throw my tissue to its place, if I was not being nice, i just throw it away on the floor like what every people did (when i got in, the floor is full of tissues). Before i came, my friends were already there, the waitress said that my friend had a time limit of 2 hours, it's such a shame though I often saw on reels/Tiktok that Koultura was a comfortable place for WFC, how comfortable would it be (for wfc) if there was a time limit? but indeed, viral places will always be such a disappointment, didn't want to try other cakes / doughnuts, because the environment is already lame

Ps: when i go downstairs (because they said they need to clean up the 2nd floor area), the baby chair was placed on the middle of the stairs, the baby chair was dirty and there was a trace of rice on its table

notes, i don't really care if you have a time limit (if your place is satisfying enough for 2 hours visit) but at least keep the environment clean and...

I recently visited this cafe and had an overall average experience. The staff were friendly and service was prompt, but there was a lack of information regarding which menu items contain pork. The limited parking space was also a minor inconvenience. The Triple C (Crushed Crispy Chicken) On Rice dish I ordered was unfortunately too spicy for me to enjoy.

A more detailed ingredient list or a warning regarding the spiciness level would have been appreciated. However, I was pleased to learn that they still have a selection of donuts available.
