A sushi restaurant in South Jakarta with chic and unique Japanese decor. VIP room and Tatami area is available with minimum charge, and public area. Great food and excellent service, very attentive and efficient staffs. Happy with both food and service. Quick serving time is efficient for diners. Branches in some areas of Jakarta; PIK, Plaza Indonesia, Senopati. Every branch has different icon. Here in Suryo street one, has Sushi Bridge, awesome serving and all delicious sushi with different flavour, meat and nice shapes. Ample parking is limited but valet is available too. Booking is required, weekend is always full house. Highly recommended!
🔷 Salmon Salad Ikura Nori Taco: crispy nori taco with topping of salmon salad and Ikura. Delish piece, must try. 🔷 Chicken Katsu Mozaru: fried rice with topping of chicken katsu and cheese. So good, a good combination in a bowl. 🔷 Black Gyukatsu Ala Carte: A must try dish in the restaurant. Set or Ala carte, succulent Wagyu, dipped in sauce before grilled, oh so tender and melting in the mouth. Very recommended to try! It’s worth for Rp 235,000 /portion. 🔷 Sushi Bridge: a mix of spicy and yummy sushi with different meat and taste. Bridge contains 6 types of sushi/Hana. Must try too! My choices: Dynamite Hana, Gyu Hana, Salmon w/ Spicy Salmon and Cheese Hana, Chuka Wakame Inari, Salmon Firecracker Nigiri. 🔷 Spicy Miso Ramen: rich broth, nice ramen, can’t stop eating. 🔷 Flying Soba Ebi Tempura: nice serving and plating, uniquely served, good dish too....

service was very nice, everyone was super friendly and attentive–much appreciated!
the ambience was alright, we got sat in the front right corner. though it was nice, i have to complain about the number of mosquitos that were in the restaurant. i came in with short pants after a gym session and came out with a lot of mosquito bites. weirdly enough, the doors or windows weren’t open, so i’m not sure how they got in. regardless, i believe this is an issue that can easily be dealt with.
i would definitely come back. it satisfied my salmon cravings. though i would much appreciate if the issues were fixed by my next visit. thank you...
Read moreThe restaurant interior and exterior reminisce the old and traditional Japanese Culture, that attracted me to come. The calming ambience during my visit is aligned with concept of traditional Japanese, as if you were having tea ceremony (I was visiting when It was National Holiday). Now the meals, I ordered Katsu Fried Rice, Salmon Belly Soup, and Matcha ice cream for dessert. For drink, just hot ocha. Katsu Fried Rice, I was expecting the taste to be tasty, turned out it was sweet flavor and not so much variety if taste. For those who enjoy salt and spicy food, just like me, I don’t think this is good choice. But the way the omelet was cooked, is a very well done. The salmon belly soup, the salmon is boiled till it is super tender, and the taste is just what I like. The tofu and vegetables are good combination but the flavor of the soup is a bit plain. Probably this is to match with the real taste of Japanese food. The Matcha Ice Cream, I am matcha lover. Closing my...
