Stay here during my anniversary holiday trip in Jakarta. Had a high expectation staying in a branded 3 stars hotel in Tendean area (not really high, I know this is a 3 stars, but an enough, standard-all-good one)
First pre-arrival experience is great with below notes: Very easy use of the membership application interface The email and notification sent to my email is just very informative and efficient (Confirmation email, pre-check in email, breakfast voucher email) I loved how they managed it! The room discount for members is just the same amount of the price shown in Traveloka, means there is no special rates actually. But anyway I choose to book direct via the membership tools. Another review about the other experiences: Okay service provided by the reception Very appreciate the hotel effort to give us the cute animal towel decoration for our anniversary! Love it 😍 they really focused on the guest’s preferences and action it well The hotel and rooms are not really well maintained ☹️ lots of chipping, the information board in the elevator just left empty in a poor condition, our room wall has a long pink stain near the ceiling (Maybe from previous’s guest decoration?) I think the hotel can do better in the maintenance side. After checked-in, we were looking for places to get a cup of coffee, and see from the map the there is 1 cafe nearby (10 minutes walk). But when we returned to the hotel from the outside of the lobby, we just realized that they have a coffee corner just beside the lobby with a cheap price! So bad we couldn’t try it, maybe the cafe exposure can be a bit better. Things to highlight that above our expectations: THE BREAKFAST IS SOOO DELICIOUS 😍😍 Kudos to the Chef and team, even with a simple breakfast menu, it’s really good. Thank you for making our morning to the airport be a great one 🤩

Stayed for a night after business trip. I use late check out up to 5 pm feature that cost 50% of current day fare.
This hotel location is quite strategic but the main street often filled with traffic jam.
The room was standard budget hotel. Not big but not too small either. Sufficient for just short stay. Bed quality quite nice for sleep. Roller blind in my room cannot reach bottom of my window, my privacy quite disturbed by construction worker activities outside.
Supporting facilities like safety locker, fridge, and clothing hanger was properly provided.
Cleanliness was ok.
They only provide mandatory amenities like dental kit, other amenities like comb, shaving kit are charged which is awkward.
They didn’t provide free mineral water in your room. You will get water jug instead to be filled with water dispenser provided in room corridor. It’s nice idea for sustainability but at least provide more water dispenser on each floor. Not only 2 water dispenser for each floor, it will drain out very fast.
About the breakfast, variation of menu was poor for its class. Dining area was ok. There are also outdoor dining area next to small swimming pool.
Overall it’s quite decent budget hotel...
Read moreIt's a kind of business hotel, since the location is situated in the middle of busy Kapten Tendean street. You can expect a nice and simple hotel with casual styling inside here. The staffs are quite helpful, but upon arrival, there's a pretty steep entrance without any walking ramp, so taking up your suitcase might be some effort for your already exhausted self. The food is pretty standard, but taste good. The room is average, with several downsides: At the first night, I got a ripped towel. That is beyond my imagination. The blanket is quite dirty. It's a shame, the room itself is cozy with functional TV and cool AC unit, but the blanket. Meh. Lastly, my pillow was like heavily used, and it feels soggy(?) I mean it doesn't feel good to sleep on that pillow, and to make things worse, the pillow cover was yellowish. Yuck! I didn't smell anything peculiar, but the looks of it makes me wonder, do the staff really prepared this room for the guest? I hope you guys at Neo would improve your rooms, it's a shame this strategically placed hotel would miss an essential service that potentially could discourage guests from coming back...
