Very disappointing. My friends and I were planning to have a dinner here, even booked a room for us to stay cause we were pretty sure that we would out late. We decided to make a reservation on 14/12/19. At first, the staff told us that we could had a dinner after 10pm cause there will be a private event. Since we already booked for a room, we still accepted. So we travel from north Jakarta to here as our plan. When the time came, we've been told by the person in charge that there would be a private event, full stop, she didn't even try to look up or check our reservation first. That was very disappointing. I mean, we already waited for hours and turned out we couldn't even eat. So we decided to go and find another place but since in front of the hotel was under maintanence, we couldn't find transportation to go. At the end, we just spend our time on the room with some gofood that we ordered. I swear, i wouldn't go here...
