McDonald's Kramat Raya — Restaurant in Jakarta

this is one of the mcdonald's restaurants located in kramat area. they have drive thru service. the parking space is spacious. they also have praying room outside.

upon entry, you will see machines for self ordering the food. it's very easy to use, just choose your meals, pay using cards or qr code, then pick the table number. you can also pay by cash at the cashier. the price shown on the machine is included the tax.

Berkunjung kesini 1x dan kapok sih kaga mau lagi ke cabang ini, mau kasih saran sama masukan, tp gatau sih ini bakal diliat sama managementnya mcd apa ngga.. cmn perlu di evaluasi sih, order pertama kelar, terus rencana mau nambah order, di order kedua di waktu terakhir toko mau tutup padahal masih jam 10 malem waktu itu, pas order ga tau kalau tutup jam 11 dan ga ditanya dulu sih mau take away apa dine in, karena wktu itu mesen buat makan langsung di tempat, terus tau2nya tutup jam 11 malem restonya, posisi 22.45 mereka udah beberes, dan posisi makanan belum sampe, kek kesannya ngusir secara halus gitu udah prepare buat closing toko, iya sih cuman msen mcflurry 1, eskrim choco top 1, sama air mineral aja 2 biji, mesennya ga banyak hehe. Tapi setidaknya bsa di rubah servicenya dikit, Ntah kalo nerima order2 last minute tanyain kek, mau take away apa dine in, misal customer milih dine in dari sistem mcd yg baru pas mau payment harusnya konfirmasi lagi maaf kak ga bsa dine in, soalnya udah mau close, dll.. ibaratnya basa basi eh tapi udah basi duluan deh, canda basi wkwkwk 🤣 atau bisa juga crosscek orderan udah di anter semua blum, karena udah diusir secara halus, akhirnya turun ke bawah, itu makanan orderannya dianggurin dong wkwk ntah udah ready dr kapan, sampe esnya cair , kasian nasib mc flurynya ga bersalah dibuat cair 🥺 eh tapi beneran cair loh.. udah pindah dibawah, seenggaknya biarin abisin dl gitu kek makanannya, eh ya tetep beberes masang rante2 udah kaya mau steril 🤣 yaudah akhirnya pergi dr resto, makan di parkiran, mana lingkungan sekitar baunya sedep bgt, ntah bau tokay/sampah. Karena ga smua pelanggan mcd pake mobil yups, bsa makan di dalem, hehehe 🙏✌ mungkin bisa dievaluasi dikit cerpennya ya buat management top level mcd biar lebih baik kedepannya ✌ salam dari pencinta mcd dibanding tetangganya yg lagi kecewa sama servicesnya 😁...

What I like the most about this McD branch is that it's located right next to the Sumpah Pemuda Museum 🤣🤣🤣. Very convenient! Plus, Kramat Raya street is very romantic in the evening. The darkening sky and the busy thoroughfare just match perfectly. If you have the time, take a stroll from this McD branch all the way to the secondhand book joints, in front of the flyover. Thing is, I came here with my only kid, whose care in the world is to get a Panas 2 combo, then listen to his asmr on his earphone, then sketch, then got distracted, then ask for a sundae, then gottold to get it himself, then go...
