Came here Saturday night.Sat on 2nd floor. The service from the waiters on 2nd floor is Excellent. The toilet is super clean. It was a pleasant dining. 5 stars experience. THEN go downstairs to cashier and the total experience just shifted! How do you train your cashier? So RUDE. There were plenty of round bread that looks like cheese mochie bread, or pao de quije. Only asking if there's extra? Cuz I also like to order food in bulk for event Responses without even check : None! In unpleasantly tone.
Guess what? The other friendly staff later found there's one extra small bag available! There's one lazy one with bad attitude and of course There's always the one who's willing to share an effort
I saw that balls of bread with no plastic or cover just being put openly on the floor. Yes, I repeat; its like in the pasar where they just lay food WITHOUT cover right on the floor! Its basically inches from shoes. I remind that again to the RUDE lady cashier; "Please dont put your food on the floor without wrapping" She replied, " We never put our food on the floor, matter of facts they are on the table"
Since the rude lady insisted, I just talk to the guy who looked like the manager He noticed, and say sorry for that and hurriedly remove the balls of bread from the floor to the table.
Dear Pandor management, please train your Cashier. Service is a must at this time.
I am not rude enough to put the photos of food uncovered on the floor here or say the cashier's name because I always like Pand'or Please have more train...
Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service of pand'or. Approximately two weeks ago, I placed an order with high hopes of surprising my mother with a thoughtful gift. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of chaotic and frustrating.
Despite placing the order well in advance, my mother has yet to receive the hampers. The management of receiving and delivering orders appears to be severely disorganized, leading to significant delays and inconvenience for customers like myself. It is incredibly disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and efficiency in handling orders.
As a customer, I expected a certain level of reliability and quality service, which unfortunately, Pand'or failed to deliver. The failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner reflects poorly on the company's reputation and severely impacts the trust and satisfaction of its customers.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience and regret not heeding the warnings from other customers' reviews.
I edited this review, I would like to thank Pan d'or for prompt reaction following my inquiries and review. My mother had received the hampers. I sincerely hope Pan d' or will provide better service...
Read morePand’Or at Wijaya is a long-standing café-restaurant and bakery that blends European charm with Jakarta comfort. Known for its cozy interiors, polished service, and reliable menu, it’s the kind of spot people return to for coffee, brunch, or afternoon cakes. Their pastries, sandwiches, and signature desserts (like Pistachio Raspberry or Triple Berry cake) earn strong praise for consistency and taste, while the savory dishes — from bitterballen to creamy pastas — make it easy to turn a quick visit into a full meal. The atmosphere feels elegant yet homey, perfect for casual meetings or a quiet treat after work.
Still, Pand’Or’s weaknesses come mostly from its popularity: parking is limited, service can slow down during peak hours, and not every main dish matches the excellence of its cakes. Some reviewers also find the coffee slightly inconsistent. But overall, Pand’Or remains a beloved South Jakarta classic — polished, dependable, and nostalgic — ideal for anyone who values good pastries, calm ambiance, and a little old-school elegance in the middle...
