Love coming to this place. Cosy and homey ambience, friendly staff, fast service and great food of course.
The Grilled Stingray is cooked in wrapped leaves - juicy, melt in your mouth and full of flavor. The Garlic Butter Prawns is delicious - big prawns covered in minced garlic. The Eby String Beans is also recommended, the prawn paste makes the dish very tasty. The Straits Crispy Squid dipped in sweet and sour is not to my taste though - too much flour coating. My all time favorite is the Roti Tissue served in an impressive large thin roll glazed with condensed milk.
I basically think all the non-flour covered dishes are delicious - the savory taste is bold. The Nasi Hainan and Laksa are also favorites. The night I went there they were all sold out.

Read moreIts expenseive. Food was okay rather than malays food it tastes most likely oriental food. The butter shrimps is great, kung pao chicken is also recomended, the soy sauce fish is just too ordinary, we also got calamari in soy sauce i forgot the dish name, which is ok.
drinks i got strawberry tea which is meh. Most of my companion got lychee tea along with lemon grass which i think they really enjoys it.

Thin crispy roti canai, lightly seasoned, and served with thick beef curry. Could eat the whole portion. Hah!
