The satay are expectedly the highlight of the restaurant. Perfect if you like a sweet, smooth peanut sauce on equally smooth, tender meat skewers. Ordered fried squid with Sambal Matah too, but that one could do with a little bit more kick infused in it (as it stands, it's really just your standard fried squid with Matah toppings on the side). I'm honestly a bit tepid on the Tahu Kipas; maybe it's just personal preference, but I'm there for the crispy tofu skin, not so much the veggie filling (but if you're into the veggie filling and crispy exterior, it might be more to your liking). Teh Poci is a staple signature drink that brings some novelty to sweetened ice tea; this time, you add the sugar cubes yourself. The Yamien I ordered was an unexpected treat; the texture of the curly noodles combined with the salty taste (there's a sweet version if that's your preference) and some slices of duck perfectly complement the dish. It also comes with some Pangsit if you're willing to shell out a few more thousand Rupiah. My only complaint was that I needed to reiterate my order 3 times, because the new Gopek Menu wasn't clearly communicated among the wait staff and needed verification for my order before it fully went through. Sate Khas Senayan Pakubuwono, located near my house, is a standalone building and quite a large one. The ambiance is welcoming and spacious, making it a great place for both small gatherings and larger groups. I especially love coming here for their Ketupat Campur—it’s incredibly tasty and full of rich, authentic flavors that remind me of traditional Indonesian cuisine.

Another highlight of my visits is the Teh Poci, a traditional Indonesian tea served in a charming pot with sugar cubes. It adds a delightful touch to the meal and enhances the overall dining experience.

However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The service from the staff, while generally polite, can be a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the staff behind the cashier counter tend to be quite noisy, which can disrupt the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.

Actually I rarely visit here because this chain has never provided mushalla for doing shalat. In fact, i requested a small space for me to do shalat but the Supervisor did not allow me to do even at the place where there is no guest at all. What kind of restaurant is this? Aren't the Management aware that they do business in country where majority of the people are moslem??
