Came here for lunch at 12pm on a Tuesday and my hub and I were the only patrons. the music was very loud, and the bartenders were even louder and not helpful at all.
We waited quite a while for our food to arrive only to be met with disappointments. They were not served at the same time so I had finished eating before my husband’s order was even served. We had to follow up multiple times with the server and the bartender with no updates… seems like they were stalling us.
The wait was not worth it - my Broadway sandwich (with multigrain bun) was as hard as a rock and meat was tasteless and tough. The dish also arrived cold. Read morePenn Jakarta brings a slice of New York's vibrant nightlife to the heart of the city, though the culinary execution can be hit or miss. However, Penn truly shines in its beverage program. Their extensive cocktail menu showcases both creativity and craftsmanship, offering something for every palate. For those seeking a night out with character, Penn delivers on ambiance and spirits, even if some menu items need...

Then he came over to our table to ask how's the food without wearing mask, of course. And maybe cause we were the only guest.. so the staffs were mostly on the reception area talking laughing so loud (which I honestly don't mind) until I turn around and saw one female staff lagi di pangkuin sama the 'scan PeduliLindungi dulu ya kak'. I wrote my feedback on the feedback sheet and I saw them (ofc the pedulilindungi guy was in it) reading my review. I honestly find that not professional at all. Hope they'll train the staff soon. Cause honestly, the pasta is good but the...
