Platinum Resto — Restaurant in Jakarta

There's no one in front of the outlet to invite us to come. When I come to inside, the waiter just come to ask me how many people. There are more waiter inside but there's no usher greet and invite us in the front. The combo teppanyaki was good. Consist of beef, sausage, vegetable, and chicken. But the sausage feels too elastic, hard to cut, not a criteria of a good sausage. The beef tastes good. Chicken and vegetables tastes normal. The ice lemon tea is good. I ordered dolce pudding matcha and they said they have, but in the end the flavour they have only chocolate and taro. I choose chocolate. Quite confusing, there's no expiration date in the pudding and there's some liquid-jelly texture and feels wrong that it is on top of my pudding.. i still eat them and nothing went wrong fortunately. Platinum was one of Boga group, same with Gokana. But the difference is in Gokana, every table has been provide with plate for side dish and we bring the plate to go for the side dish, but in Platinum, the plate has been provide nearby the side dish and not provide in every table. The price is quite normal and economical. Overall good but i have to admit i don't want to buy the dolce...

Order accepted at 20:07. Starters came out at 20:37. Noodle dish came a bit later. But my fried rice only came out at 20:47! Putting salt on the wound, the rice was cold. Asked the waiter when it was cooked, he answered a few minute ago. Asked the guy to eat my fried rice but he stood silent. Definitely not...

Kecewa banget udah ditanyain namnya siapa dah dicatet (kaya boxing) terus nunggu yang lain selesai makan . Terus ada yang nulis setelah saya 4 orang terus nunggu eh ada org yang lngsung masuk aja sambil nanya ada tempat kosong ga yg saya tau kalo masuk platinum Citraland catet nama jumlah orang berapa nanti dipanggil nah itu enk langsung masuk aja yauda saya sbaar aja pas nunggu kok nama orang yang baru Dateng disebut padahal saya duluan yauda sabar lagi eh pas 4 orang yang setelah saya pesen dia masuk dluan pas komplen jawabnya cuma ini bangkunya pas 4 orang saya kan bawa 3 orang .lah platinum skrg sistemnya pas in tempat duduk ya ? Bukan dari siapa dia duluan yang Dateng kecewa banget mana pas nanya lagi bilahnya ada yg kosong tapi 1 orang misah iming" pas awal mah iya ini bentar lagi kok kok sampe setengah jm nah abis itu dsuruh nunggu nunggu aja trs yg diduluin yang baru Dateng padahal mah tujuanya sama makan bayar selesai kok malah...
