Your steak is delicious, tender, and juicy. But the issue here is with your service and price. I read in another review that you tend to push customers to order super black angus on the weekend (including Friday), and that's exactly what happened to me.
Your waitress suggested me to order super black angus because the normal one would expire in a day or two. To be honest, you could include a note on the menu such as "weekdays only or weekend only" in order to avoid this. And if it's a recurring issue, I believe you'll need to re-check your supply chain.
According to your waitress, your meat cuts are not precise. I believe I will eat 200 gram of super black angus. Okay, maybe not precisely 200 g as mentioned on the menu, but perhaps 180 or 210. That's just great with me. Somehow, I'm uncertain because the portion is quite big.
At the moment of truth, the bill shows me that I ate 290 grams at a cost of 1.750 IDR per gram. But why do you put 350.000 IDR for 200 gr of super black angus on the menu then? In the end, your consumers will have to pay over 50% more than the price you set on the menu.
Your waitress suggested that I order lemon herb with buttered garlic. I asked her if the garlic counted as an extra sauce/topping? She answered no, but you then put it on the bill as an extra. It is an upsell.
Your food is good, however I wish you would reconsider on how you charge your customers. Simply change your menu and put a note that the cuts vary. You might tell your consumers the weight of the meat up front, as well as the price per gram. Or to be fair, for instance like a seafood restaurant, you might put no price at all. the worst point is.. when we came , the place is full and no one serving or guiding us, until i call someone from their kitchen (which is located next to the garage) , and he told us to sit and wait in the house opposite their place.
not long after that, there is another customer, and looking for a place to wait too, and i came across that place, to place order, because i got the feeling that this guy (the male server) will serve this customer which come after me first, and when i come to take order, the customer have misunderstanding and tought that i came late and try to steal his place, and this server have no guts to tell that i come first!
the interior of this place , dont expect too much, if u want to seat , just seat outside, the AC area have lots of smokes from the kitchen .
