Coffee roastery and cafe experience around Meruya, a bit hidden located on behind of commercial complex
Food and drink - 3/5 Just ordered drink here. Manual brew - they sell self-roasted beans, quite various of options. Unfortunately, when I visited, there were only 3 of choices. Tried the Gayo one, and wasn't taste that good. Ice Matcha Latte - sweeter than I expected, but still enjoyable at most
Service - 4/5 They do the job well, helpful with the menu selection. Great!
Atmosphere - 4/5 The cafe is on the 2nd floor, so you must pass through the roastery chamber (of course you can see a machine swirls the coffee beans). WFC-able, calm and not noisy. There are around 6 tables. Power socket available on every table. The interior is semi industrial style paired with woody pattern furniture.
Price - 3/5 The manual brew costs about 38k for local tier, pretty normal. Matcha latte costs ~40k. Compared to the taste of drink, I would say not that worth it. Maybe you can try the other specialty drink.
Parking - 4/5 Plenty of them, but shared space with other properties. Visited on weekend,...
Read moreVenue: This place has a very calming ambiance. Great place for just hanging out, or even do your work during weekends. I recommend the 2nd floor for a better experience. Another plus point is a very spacious parking space since it's inside an office housing area. Unfortunately, this branch doesn't have main course menu like other branches. Hopefully it can be provided soon. (4 / 5)
Drink: Es Kopi Chill For me, the coffee is a bit too light (since I love strong flavored coffee), but it's not got overpowered by the sweetness. So it might be a good choice for you who prefer light coffee. (3.5 / 5)
Food: Richsoles Plating-wise is quite unique, however the food presentation itself could be better. The taste is quite good, and freshly made also since it's steaming hot when it came. The cheese & ham filling is quite generous also. (4 / 5)
Food: Ubi Fries I actually expected a crunchy texture from this dish, but unfortunately it came out a bit soggy. I don't know if that's how it's always served or not. But the portion is generous for a snack, and also the sweetness from the Ubi is still quite...
Read moreWalking distance from Taman Aries housing complex definitely helps propel this place's popularity for youth in our area looking for espresso-based drinks and place to chill. Place is quiet and nice for afternoon daydreaming, and/or finishing your secret projects. Baristas are friendly and will go head over heels making your afternoon coffee enjoyable. While coffee itself is not stellar, not a big fan of the blend as it is just too sour for my taste. People with stomach acid, beware! And milk-blended espresso drinks have too much milk in it. As in TOO much. But drinks are reasonably priced, makes no reason for you to complain. Too bad pastries selection are inadequate. Dear owner, if you read this review: Please add some more pastries :D And their killer advantage is their WiFi. Super fast WiFi, uncommon to be found at even nicer coffee shops. This place has been my go-to place for afternoon coffee with my brother for months now. Definitely hidden gem in the heart of...
